how it works

Elevated Table Grazes come standard with full charcuterie, bread/cracker medley, crudites, additional dips + vessels, floral to match your theme (as best as possible) and greenery. Clear plates, clear cutlery and white napkins are provided.

You additionally choose a medley of small bites to adorn your table amongst the aforementioned. Everything is combined and artistically created and displayed on boards and risers with props.

LET'S GET STARTED:

1. You and our team discuss theme, colors, vision. We are just an extension of your vision. Secure the date.

2. We send you a basic menu to choose the most current popular small bites. These are always available to be customized, including dietary.

3. We request a 50% deposit to hold the date and time.

4. You define the table space we'll have access to and we narrow down selections based on the number of people in attendance with table space provided.

5. We confirm colors/props & RSVPs within 4 days of event.

DAY OF EVENT:

We arrive within a specified window which is generally between 45 minutes to an hour (depending on size of event), prior to event start. We setup the table and ensure your delight.

You enjoy your event. We return at event end to help put together togo boxes (if any!), help clean up and collect our boards.

FINE PRINT:

• You can change RSVP count up to 4 days prior to event without penalty and we'll revise the final invoice.

• Table dimensions are critical - your table scape will be designed based on the information you provide. If it changes, we will do our best to recreate on the fly!

• Final Invoice due day after the event (unless otherwise discussed). 

• If event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event, then no refund will be issued. We will work with you as much as possible.
